Fonder of Le Petit Séquoia
Breathwork coach
A globetrotter at heart and passionate about alternative therapies for over 25 years, I have dedicated my life to exploring, learning, and sharing tools for inner transformation from traditions around the world. My atypical and deeply human journey led me to create the Breathwork & Yoga center, Le Petit Séquoia in Béziers, to offer a caring environment to those seeking inner balance.
My discovery of Breathwork in 2018 was a major turning point in both my personal and professional life. Impressed by the therapeutic power of conscious breathing, I completed the long and demanding Transformational Breath® training with Judith Kravitz in the United States to become a certified Breathwork facilitator. Since then, I have continued to deepen this practice, and I am currently pursuing advanced certification with Patrick McKeown (Oxygen Advantage®), a world-renowned expert in functional breathing.
I enriched my practice of Yin Yoga in India, a gentle and meditative practice, as well as sound therapy in Nepal, a powerful vibrational art.
Originally from Switzerland, I left my home country at the age of 22 to travel alone to Australia and Asia. This first major departure marked the beginning of a profound inner quest, fueled by encounters with other cultures, philosophies, and healing traditions.
Upon my return, I lived in London, then Berlin. When our third daughter was born, my husband and I fulfilled one of my biggest dreams. We left Berlin with our three daughters and traveled across the United States and Central America in a camper van for over a year. It was a memorable journey during which I became a certified Hatha Yoga teacher during a long break in Guatemala.
Back in Europe, we chose to settle in Roquebrun, a village nestled in the hills of southern France. We renovated an old house there ourselves, surrounded by nature. A secluded place in the heart of nature that has become my anchor.
Beyond certifications, it is my sensitivity, my life experience, and my deep empathy that allow me to support each person accurately. Having grown up in a family environment marked by depression, I developed from childhood a keen ability to listen to others and a visceral need to understand human nature.
I am passionate about psychology, travel, music and crafts – I designed the space for my center myself and am currently working on developing a new reception area in a natural setting.
I humbly and passionately support people from all walks of life, paying particular attention to respecting rhythm, deep listening, and quality of presence. My approach is gentle, grounding, and powerful. It is aimed at those who wish to regain restful sleep, restore inner harmony, or simply reconnect with their breath, their body, and their life in a deeper way.
