BREATHWORK

The breath holds an extremely powerful key that, when used correctly, has the power to profoundly transform your life both physically and emotionally.
During a Breathwork session, you experience a state of altered consciousness that allows you to access certain parts of yourself that are usually outside your awareness. From this particular place, you will be able to release the traumas, emotions, and energies that have remained blocked over the years and that prevent you from being fully free. A Breathwork session is a return to an inner freedom that is sometimes unsuspected.

YIN YOGA from January 2025

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga. It works your body deeply. Each pose targets the deepest tissues of the body, such as ligaments, joints, the entire facial network, and meridians, to create more space and allow energy to flow more smoothly. This practice is inspired by Taoism and Chinese medicine.
